A baffling let-off

Magistrate who claimed £22,500 in incapacity allowance for 'severe pain' while working as salsa teacher is cleared of fraud.

Truly baffling.

It's not "baffling" at all, the judge is smart and is not moved by naive, over-simplistic black-and-white thinking. The acquitted may simply have a limited capacity for work.

Also try googling 'permitted work.' It's not as black-and-white as can work/can't work.
