Small punishment for £23k benefit fraud

Rabiya Jinnah from West Hendon, who worked 40 hours a week as a nanny while falsely claiming £35,018 in benefits, has got away with a a four month prison sentence suspended for two years and a two year supervision order.She was also told to pay back the money she overclaimed. No real punishment there then.
