Louise Carr, from Gravesend, has been given a 180-day sentence suspended for two years after pleading guilty to benefit fraud. She was also ordered to complete 240 hours of community service and repay the full amount.
The 30-year-old claimed a total of £24,188 in income support, housing and council tax benefits as a single parent when in fact she was living with her partner.
